How refund requests, campaign concerns, and payment disputes are handled.
Requesting a refund
Contact support with the donation receipt number and reason. Requests are reviewed based on payment status, campaign activity, disbursement status, and applicable law.
Completed disbursements
When funds have already been disbursed, a refund may require recovery from future payouts or creation of a recoverable balance.
Card disputes
Donors may retain rights through their card issuer. NeedsAHand records disputes and reconciles unsettled transaction amounts.
